Return & Refund Policy

Apothecary Perfectly Blended Oil

Due to the nature of our product, please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Terms of Return

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

State of Return

Because this is a liquid oil, returned items must be:

*Unused

*Unopened

*In original packaging

*In resalable condition

Opened or used products cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.

Accepted Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only for:

Damaged items upon arrival

 Incorrect product received

Returns are not accepted for:

* Personal reactions or sensitivities

* Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

* Improper use or storage

* Normal scent or color variations due to natural ingredients

To initiate a return:

1. Email us within 7 days of delivery

2. Include your order number

3. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

4. Describe the issue

Do not return items without prior approval.

Refund Process

* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

* Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

* Shipping costs are non-refundable

* Replacement items may be issued instead of a refund at our discretion
